Plate steel (4-160 mm thickness )


Fabricated as per GOST14637-89 .
The dimensions shall comply with GOST 19903-74 .
The chemical composition shall be in accordance with GOST 380.
Depending of their types, these mill products can be fabricated in:
• Sheets from 4 to 160mm;
• Coils from 4 to 12 mm;
As per the specified characteristics there are 6 categories: 1-5 in hot-rolled state, 6 – hardened.
Depending on accuracy of rolling the product can be:
• A - Of high accuracy
• - Of normal accuracy
As per flatness:
• – extremely high flatness;
• – high flatness;
• – normal flatness.
As per edge type:
• – with mill edge;
• – with trimmed edge..

Sheet steel ( 0.5-3.9 mm thickness)

Fabricated as per GOST16523-89 .
The dimensions shall comply with GOST 19903-74.
The chemical composition shall be in accordance with GOST 380.
Depending on their types, these products are divided to:
• Sheets (with trimmed edge)
• Coils (with mill or trimmed edge);
As per the specified characteristics there are 5 categories.
According to the minimum value of ultimate strength (B), the products are subdivided to grades: OK300 B and etc, where OK stands for commercial quality; 300 corresponds to the lowest limit of ultimate strength).
As per surface finishing :
• III – bright finish;
• IY – standard finish.

Hot-rolled low- alloyed sheet.

Flat products made of low-alloyed steel are fabricated according to GOST 19281-89 with thickness of 4-60 mm.
Depending on the type and thickness of metal, hot-rolled low-alloyed sheets are made of the following steel grades: I092, 092, 092-12, 171, 171, 10.
The chemical composition shall comply with GOST 19281-89.
Flat products made of low-alloyed steel are produced of the following grades: 265, 295, 315, 325, 345, 355, 375, 390, 440.
Surface, the requirements for the edges and ends of these flat products shall comply with GOST 14637-89.
This type of product is used for welded, riveted or bolted structures in workpieces that are mainly not subject to additional heat treatment.

Hot-rolled construction fine steel sheet.

Plate steel.

Fabricated as per GOST 1577-93 with thickness of 4-160mm.
Depending on the type of metal used and its thickness, hot-rolled construction fine steel sheets are made of the following steel grades:
• Thickness of sheet is 4-160 mm: 08(,); 10(, ), 15(, ), 20(,), 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 (construction fine carbon steel)
• Thickness of sheet is 4-80mm: 50, 55, 60 (construction fine carbon steel); 65, 70, 60, 65, 70 (spring carbon and alloyed steel), 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, 102, 352, 20, 30, 38, 40, 45 (construction alloyed steel).
The chemical composition shall comply with:
• GOST1050-88 – for construction fine carbon steel ;
• GOST 4543-71 – for construction alloyed steel ;
• GOST 14959 - for spring carbon and alloyed steel


Depending on the specified characteristics this product is fabricated in three categories:
1 –according to chemical composition;
2 – according to chemical composition and hardness;
3 – according to chemical composition, mechanical characteristics and hardness – for sheets with thickness up to 80 mm and strips.
Flat products with thickness up to 80 mm are fabricated:
• Without heat treatment;
• With heat treatment – (annealed, normalized, high-tempered).

Steel sheet

The dimensions shall comply with GOST 19903-74 .
This mill product is made of steel grades: 08(,), 10(, ), 15(,), 20(,), 25, 30, 35, 40, 45.
The chemical composition shall comply with GOST 1050-88 .
As per the types of the products there are:
1. Sheets (with trimmed edge)
2. Coils ( with mill and trimmed edge)
As per the specified characteristics there are 6 categories.

As per surface finishing :
• III – bright finish;
• IY – standard finish.
This product is made heat-treated with etched and non-etched surface.
