The Metal Meshes and Belts.


.jpegThe metal mesh is flat loosely woven or braided wire item (the wire cloth) designed to separate bulk material by size and isolate them from liquids and gases (filtration).
According to the GOST 2715-75 the meshes are subdivided into following categories by the way the were manufactured: gauze wire, woven, twisted, slotted and fabricated mesh made up of pre-deformed wire.
The 27 types of mesh are registered overall:

  • • The gauze mesh with square cells- GOST 3826-82 often called ‘plastered’;
  • • Are used to separate bulk material by size and filtration..
  • • Single-cycle plain-woven mesh (regular and stainless) - 5336-80, often called ‘Rabitz’.
  • • Are used for fencing and sifting of materials and is manufactured with rhomb-shaped unit cells (rhomb sharp angle is 60o) and with square-shaped unit cells. The meshes are produced from the low carbon not thermally treated or zinc-coated wire.
  • • The welded steel mesh as per GOST 23279-85 .
  • • Is used for road works, reinforced glass production, reinforced cement and metal concrete constructions manufacture, cages in agricultural industry.
  • • The material : Ct3kp, Ct3ps with chemical composition as per GOST 380-88.
  • • The wire is used to produce welded steel mesh – BR-500 with diameter 5mm by TU 14-4-1648-90 or with diameter 6.0mm. The type of mesh specified above is delivered in rolls and ‘cards’ (rectangles).

The Steel Belt

The steel belt is a thin metal-sheet not more than 500mm thick. B by the process of manufacture the steel belt is classified as hot-rolled and cold-rolled, produced on the metal-sheet rolling machines by cutting the rolled steel into thin strips.

The cold-rolled belt produced from low carbon steel (punching belt) – GOST 503-81

Is used for bending and punching of the parts, for pipes, powdered wire, ball bearing parts and for other metal units manufacture. The steel belt is produced from steel grades: 08 (pc, kp), 10, 10kppo GOST 1050 , 08 (pc, kp, u) by GOST 9045 . .

The Packaging Steel Belts – GOST 3560-73

The belt is used for packaging made from steel grades 08 (kp, pc),10kp by the GOST 1050. According to the material condition the belt falls into following categories: soft-S, semi-hard drawn, hard drawn. The cold-rolled belt made from tool and spring steel (high carbon steel) – GOST 2283-79;
Is designed to make springs, measuring tapes and other products.

The Barb Wire "Egoza"

The spiral safety barrier made from the reinforced barbed wire ‘Egoza’ is manufactured from zinc-coated belt 0.55mm thick (TU 14-11-241-88), that has double-edged, symmetrically arranged, radially directed spears, and the high carbon zinc-coated wire with diameter (GOST 7372-79).
The spiral safety barrier ‘Egoza’ is often used to set up a fencing of various height, width and density on the ground and on the surface of different sorts of constructions, such as roofs, walls of buildings, is also used as a canopies on the stone, wooden, concrete, metal fences and gates and etc.

The cold-rolled belt made from carbon constructional steel (medium carbon) – GOST 2284-79

Is used to manufacture machine* parts and constructions.

The Cold rolled Belt made from corrosion resistant and heat resistant steel – GOST 4986-79

Is manufactured from high alloyed corrosion resistant and heat resistant steel of such grades as 20H13, 30H13, 12H18N10 , 03H1812-VI, 20H23N18, 122516G7R, 06HN28MD from 0.05 to 2.0 mm thick and from 6 to 410mm wide.
Is used to produce machine parts and constructions suitable for tough conditions.

The cold rolled belt made from precision alloys.

Is manufactured from:
1. Magnetic-soft alloys 79NM type, by GOST 10160-75; (the belt specified is used to produce parts for alternating current magnetic cores (circuits)**.
2. Alloys with high electrical resistance H27U5, H23U5 by GOST 12766.2-77 .
3. Such belts are used to manufacture parts for constructions, which has high electrical resistance.

The Nichrome Belt

Is manufactured according to the GOST TU 14-1-3223-81.
Nichrome has high electrical and high temperature resistance. It allows to use the nichrome belts to produce heat spirals and heating elements for various industries and home appliances.
