Steel tubes with/without zinc coating with parallel thread serve as connection elements of pipelines and are fabricated according to GOST 8965-75 of pipes as per GOST 3262-75 and GOST 10704-91 .

Tube schedule shall conform to GOST 8969-75 .

Steel tubes are fabricated of steel grades as per GOST 380 and GOST 1050 .

Such tubes are used to connect water & gas pipes with application of sealant, and for heating systems, waterlines, gas lines and other systems operating in non-aggressive environment (water, saturated steam, combustion gas and etc.) with temperature of conductive environment not more than 1750C and pressure P=1.6 MPa.

Transition four-way junction pieces (Crosses).

Schedule of transition four-way junction pieces shall conform to GOST 8952-75.

Transition four-way junction pieces are fabricated of malleable cast-iron as per GOST 1215-79.

Schedule of flexible coupling shall conform to GOST 8956-75.

Flexible couplings are fabricated of malleable cast-iron as per GOST 1215-79 .

Sharply curved branches are fabricated of pipes GOST 8731 , 8733 , GOST 550-75 , -14-3-1652(5), 14-3-1745(6), 14-3-190(8), 14-3-420(7), 14-3-1128(9) according to GOST 17380-01.

Schedule of sharply-curved branches shall conform to GOST 17375-03

These branches are classified in accordance with their types, design, acceptance terms and grades of steel.

Branches of GOST 17375-03 are classified as 3D type and made in 2 designs. They are used for pipelines of various purposes, including those that are under oversight of regulatory bodies, with Pnom up to 16,0 MP and temperature from – 70 ° up to +450 °.

These branches are fabricated of pipes by press-forming method or by pulling trough mandrel bent in a certain pattern.

Barrel nipples.

· for straigth - GOST 8948-75 ;

· for reducing - GOST 8949-75 .

Tees are fabricated of malleable cast-iron as per GOST 1215-79.

· For union – GOST 8946-75 ;

· For reducing GOST 8947-75 .

Elbows are fabricated of malleable cast-iron as per GOST 1215-79 .

      Steel slip-on flanges are fabricated as per 12816-80 .

      Flange schedule shall conform to GOST 12820-80 .

      Flanges are fabricated with sealing surfaces and connection sizes as per GOST 12815-80 .

      Slip-on flanges are used for valves, connection elements, machines, devices, equipment, tanks and pipelines with nominal pressure Pnom from 0.1 to 2.5 MPa and operating temperature from -700C to 4500C.

      Slip-on flanges are fabricated of strip steel rolled stock using method of hammering, pressing, bending and others with subsequent joint welding.

      Steel welding neck flanges are fabricated as per GOST 12816-80.

      Flange schedule shall conform to 12821-80.

      Flanges are fabricated with sealing surfaces and connection sizes as per GOST 12815-80.

      Welding neck flanges are used for valves, connection elements, machines, devices, equipment, tanks and pipelines with nominal pressure Pnom from 0.1 to 20 MPa and operating temperature from 2530 C to 6000C.

      Welding neck flanges are fabricated of strip steel rolled stock using method of hammering, pressing, bending and others with subsequent joint welding.

      Threaded Hexagon bushings.

      Schedule of threaded bushings shall conform to GOST 8960-75.
