The Copper Mill

The Rods

The rods (round, square, hexagonal) ) cold-deformed (drawn) and hot deformed (compressed) are produced as per GOST 1535-91from the copper grades Ml , Mlp , M 2, 2, , as per GOST 859.
The rods can be soft, semi-solid and solid.

The Belts

The copper cold-deformed belts are manufactured as per GOST 1173-93 from the copper grades Ml , Mlp , M 2, 2, , as per GOST 859.
Based on the accuracy of manufacture the copper belts are subdivided into: average accuracy by depth and width, average accuracy by depth, high accuracy by width, average accuracy by depth, high accuracy by width, high accuracy by depth and average accuracy by width.
The Wire and Busbars

The copper wire and busbars are produced as as soft and solid as per GOST 434-78 from copper (the grade has to be not lower than M1 per GOST 859)

The Pipes

The copper pipes are manufactured as per GOST 617-90 and copper grades M 1, M 1, M 2, 2, 3, 3 with chemical composition as per GOST 859, the tompac grade 96 with chemical composition as per GOST 15527, with average and high accuracy of measuring and non-measuring length within the range from 1 to 6m.
The pipes can be cold-deformed (drawn) or pressed: soft, semi-solid and solid.

The Sheeta ans Strips

The copper sheet and strips are manufactured as per GOST 495-92 from the copper grades
Ml , 1, 2, 2, 3 3 as per GOST 859.
The cold-rolled sheets and strips are manufactured with average or high accuracy of production
The hot-rolled sheets are manufactured with width from 600 to 3000mm, length from 1000 to 6000mm.
The strips – measuring and non-measuring length from 500 to 2000mm.
Based on conditions of materials the cold-rolled sheet and strips are produced as soft, semi solid and solid.

The Copper Alloys

The Brass

The brass is an an alloy of copper and zinc. When the third or forth metal is added the brass is called ‘complex’ or special, also known as aluminium brass, metal-manganese brass, manganese-tin-lead brass and etc. Possess much higher strength, corrosion resistance, elasticity and better workability (by casting, pressure ,cutting) than copper.

The Brass Mill

The brass rods are manufactured as per GOST 2060-90 as draw and pressed with round, square and hexagonal section of measuring and non-measuring length, in grooves.
The accuracy of manufacture: average, high and extra-high
Condition: soft, semi-solid, solid.
Special conditions: automatic, anti-magnetic - the rod with edges cutted, soft condition of high ductility, semi-solid condition of high ductility, solid conditions of high ductility, pressed condition of average ductility.

The Metal Wire

The brass wire is manufactured as per GOST 1066-90 from brass grades 80, 68, 63 59-1 with chemical composition as per GOST 15527 with average accuracy of diameter.
Based on material condition the brass wire is divided into: soft, semi-solid and solid.

The Belt

The brass cold-rolled belt is manufactured as per GOST 2208-91 from the brass grades 90, 85,80, 68, 63, 59-1, 58-2 and chemical composition as per GOST 15527 in soft, semi-solid, hard-solid and firm-spring conditions.
The accuracy of manufacture: the average accuracy by depth and width, the average accuracy by depth and high accuracy by width, high accuracy by depth and average accuracy by width.
The special condition of production: for metal press, antimagnetic, of high accuracy by the camber, with regular depth of empossing, with resistance to folding..

The Pipes

The brass pipes manufacture should comply with:
GOST 494-90 drawn, cold-rolled and compressed: drawn and cold-rolled pipes;
-produced from brass grades: 63 and 68, compressed – made from brass grades: 60, 63, 59-1, 59-1-1 with chemical composition as per GOST 15527 with measuring and non-measuring length from 1 to 6m, in grooves with length not less than 10 m.
The accuracy of production: average, high, very high.
Condition: soft, soft with high plasticity, one fourth-solid, semi-solid, high plasticity.
Special conditions: the high precision pipes, precision curvature pipes, anti-magnetic pipes.
GOST 21646-76 drawn and cold-rolled, with measuring and divisible measuring length from 1.5 to 12m from the brass grades: 70, 68, 070-1, 77- 2, 68 -0,05, 77-2-0,05 and 70-1-005 as per GOST 15527 .
Depends on alloy grades the pipes are produced as soft and semi-solid.

The Sheets and Strips

The brass sheets and strips are manufactured as per GOST 931-90 from the brass grades as per GOST 15527. Generally the cold and hot-rolled sheets are produced, meantime the strips are manufactured as cold-rolled, with measuring, divisible measuring or non-measuring length: from 500 to 2000mm.
Depends on material conditions the sheet and strips are produced: soft, semi-solid, solid, extra solid.

The Bronze

Bronzeis the copper alloy (except for the brass and copper-nickel alloys) with tin (tin bronzes) and alloys of copper and aluminium, beryllium, manganese and other components, which are the major constituents of bronze. The bronze naming also originates from the compounds it is made of. Compare to the brass bronzes has better mechanical, antifrictional properties and are corrosion resistant. The bronze mill also possess all of the features mentioned above.

The Rods

The bronze rods: drawn (round, square and hexagonal), hot stamped (round) and hot-rolled (round) rods made from non-tin bronzes are manufactured as per GOST 1628-78, measuring and non-measuring length varies within the range of 0,5to 5 m in semi-solid and solid conditions.
The manufacture of products should comply with normal, high, extra-high accuracy.

The Pressed Pipes

The pressed pipes are manufactured as per GOST 1208 from bronze grades: 10-3-1,5 10-4-4 with chemical composition as per GOST 18175, the measuring and non-measuring length varies from 0,5 to 6m.
